starts a workout...
stretches legs, back, arms, legs again...
running in place for 20 ehn
grabs a piece of rope and swings it overhead jumping it for 20 ehn
one foot jumps left then right then crosses hands crossed hands one foot, then other foot stopped......
picks up big rock, does squats 250
puts rock down, does 200 pushups
does 300 sit-ups...
200 squat thrusts
practices swinging swords in various means, left right, circle up, circle down crossing in front moving left and right during strikes
shoves back in belt sheathes draws bow nocks arrow pulls three arrows from quiver holds in mouth, pulls five in left hand nocks one quickly fires one after another at target hits bullseye 8 times spins dropping bow whirling bola sidearm, throws bola at tree spins pulling out knife throws into tree buries blade in tree then i run over, punch tree sidekick, crescent kick elbow smash front kick multiple repetative punches...

heads to back garden
sets up brazier puts larger pot on fire, puts couple of horts water in pot  lets slow boil,
puts healing herbs in second pot, covers with corn oil
lets seep for 2 ahn strains oil in bowl.
puts more water in water pot, in smaller pot puts fat, herb infused oil, butter and lets melt
 lets steep and pours in  small tin.
lets cool to salve, covers and saves
cleans up area heads back to front porch

 goes to garden geets healing herbs used to make salve,
 fills brazier with wood to make a fire
  hangs pot of water over fire, puts herbs in smaller pot,
  covers with paga. Lets steep for 2 ahn, covers bowl with repcloth,
  porurs herb steeoed paga in bowl filtering thru rep cloth.
   fills 100 vials of herb infused paga.
    Corks vials stores to cool, cleans up ash in bucket.
